COVID 19
If you hadn’t noticed there is a pandemic going on and sadly this does have an impact on your visit to our picture house. We are absolutely committed to making your visit as safe as possible and on that front we can assure you that we have already dealt with 1000s and 1000s of visitors this year with no issues plus our measures have been approved by Manchester City Council environmental health and licensing teams.
We’re also going above and beyond government mandated processes when it comes to this bloody virus to give you peace of mind when visiting. So, alongside all the standard COIVD-19 safety requirements the venue is operating two AeraMax DX95 Air Purifiers at all time. These are commercial air purifiers that capture 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, including aerosols which can contain viruses.
We’re doing our bit but we’ll also need you folks to follow the rules that are in place for all venues in Greater Manchester which are as follows…
-
When you arrive at the venue you’ll need to give us your personal details for track & trace purposes. Either by scanning the NHS track and trace QR code or passing them on to the door host. We’ll keep details on file for 21 days in case the government get in touch for them but we promise not to share them with anyone else at all.
-
In accordance with local restrictions we cannot seat groups that comprise members of more than one household or bubble.
-
The person who purchases the tickets needs to be in charge of making sure all our safety rules are communicated to anyone in your party especially those who might need help such as those with impaired sight or hearing.
-
On arrival we’ll need you to enter the venue via the main entrance (through the red double doors) and wait for our door host to show you to your cinema.
-
We’re operating a one-way system through the building at the moment so that guests don’t bump into each other on narrow corridors and staircases, please look out for arrows and signage to help you navigate the venue.
-
The layout of our venue has been planned to accommodate social distancing, please do not move furniture around and let a member of staff know if you’d like to move from your allocated spot.
-
Our team will be taking your drink orders and bringing them to you so there’s no need to get out of your seat to order drinks! Relax, it’ll be like being on holiday! Sort of.
-
When you are not seated at your table or in the cinema and are moving around the venue we ask you to wear a face covering. When seated in the cinema you should wear a mask unless you are eating or drinking although we understand for some people this might be the vast majority of the time. Our team also understand that many people are exempt from wearing a mask and we don’t request any further details if this is the case.
-
To reduce physical contact our venue is 100% cashless.
-
I’m afraid we cannot allow groups to mingle and mix with other groups. Even if you spot a mate you haven’t seen in ages across the way I’m afraid it’s not possible at the moment - sorry!
If you have any questions at all regarding this please email us at . I can’t wait to delete this page of the internet.
